4. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless a promotional code for free shipping is applied.
• The Company ships to addresses within the United States. Shipping to other locations is subject to availability and additional charges.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary. The Company is not liable for delays in shipping or delivery.

  California: Must ship to FFL.
  Connecticut: State Issued ID/DL + Permit.
  Hawaii: No ammunition shipments available.
  Illinois: State Issued ID/DL + Permit.+ FOID.
  Massachusetts: State Issued ID/DL + Firearms ID.
  New Jersey: State Issued ID/DL + Firearms ID.
  New York: Must ship to FFL.
  Washington DC: No ammunition shipments available.
  Must be 21 years of age to buy ammunition from us.
  21 YOA Adult Signature is required for ALL ammo orders.

• CALIFORNIA SHIPMENTS
  Yes we ship ammo to California! But it has to ship to a gun shop/FFL. We CAN NOT ship ammo directly to your residence.
  Step 1: Find a gunshop that will receive your ammo.
  Step 2: Order your ammo with us and use THEIR Shipping address (include the shop's name in notes)
  Step 3: Have them email us a copy of their FFL.
  If we do not get a copy of their FFL in 3 days we will contact them.
  21 YOA Adult Signature is required for ALL ammo orders.
  

5. Returns and Refunds

• Due to the nature of our Products, all sales are final. The Company does not accept returns or provide refunds unless the Product is defective or incorrect.
• If you receive a defective or incorrect Product, contact our customer service to arrange for a return or replacement.
• PRODUCT GUARANTEE: In the rare occurrence of a product manufactured by Unlimited Ammo Malfunctions or has any type of issue we offer a 100% Money back guarantee and or full replacement of the product for free.
